SEO Training Institute - On-page SEO

On-page SEO is a 'relatively' straightforward approach to how a web site page is developed and organized. The structure of the web page is reviewed in such a way that a Search Engine (SE) like Google, Yahoo or Bing can make the most sense of it.

Every major search engine has spider's, or 'bots' that crawl the world wide web and the web sites they find there. There are many types of bots that have different types of tasks to perform. Some bots may do a simple surface scan of your web sites Home or Index Page. Some bots will follow many (or all) of the links you have on a web site, both internal and external links. Some bots may do a deep scan of your web site as it indexes many of your 'inside' pages.

The moral of the story is this, your web site will always do better in the search engines if it is setup to give these bots the information they are looking for, including content and link structures.

The SEO Training Institute provides you the knowledge to design and develop your web pages in such a way they are like candy to the bots. If you organize your web pages, content and links in certain ways, the bots can quickly and easily determine what your web site is all about.

The search engines primary goal is to serve the best and most relevant result pages (web sites) to the user. If the web site is properly designed and developed with SEO in mind, that web site will naturally do better in the Search Engines since it will be providing the SE's with exactly what they want most.

With all of the numerous technologies out there to develop web sites, and with all of the fine 'designer's making beautiful and highly interactive web sites, there is usually a balance between SEO and clever designs that needs to be accomplished. Additionally, there are a number of technical no-nos that need to be considered, and some of these may not always be known to even well-meaning web developer who does not have a solid background in SEO.

By the way, it is an unfortunate fact that most web developers do not 'seem' to have a deep or comprehensive knowledge of SEO. It is for this reason alone that so few web sites will ever see the Top 100 of a competitive market niche, let alone the Top 10. Please ask yourself this;

Does your web development firm 'say' they know or do SEO for you?

If yes, then what position in the Search Engine Results Page (SERP's) is your web site for your competitive search terms?
